Our Promise to You
At Eleventh House, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with the hope that it becomes part of your home and your story. We want you to love what you've chosen, and if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Signature Collection
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unlit, and returned in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Bespoke Collection
Because every Bespoke candle is one of a kind, Bespoke Collection purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Signature Collection
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Bespoke Collection
Each Bespoke candle is hand poured into a one-of-a-kind vintage or antique vessel. Production time varies — we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
03 — Return Shipping
Sending It Back
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Eleventh House cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
