Eleventh House – Wholesale Terms of Service

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Eleventh House. We are honored to collaborate with a curated selection of retailers who align with our aesthetic, values, and commitment to craftsmanship.

Minimum Order Requirement - All wholesale orders are subject to a $250 minimum order value per purchase. Orders must meet this threshold before processing.

Order Quantities - Products may be required to be purchased in case packs or minimum unit quantities per SKU, as specified at checkout.

Order Processing & Lead Times - All products are made with care and intention. Please allow 5–8 business days for order processing unless otherwise noted. During high-demand periods or special releases, lead times may be extended.

Payment Terms - All wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Shipping & Delivery - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, Eleventh House is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

Returns & Damages - Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all wholesale sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist.

Product Care & Responsibility - Retailers are responsible for proper storage and handling of products. Eleventh House is not liable for damage resulting from improper care after delivery.

Brand Representation - By purchasing wholesale, you agree to represent Eleventh House products in a manner consistent with our brand standards. Products may not be resold on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Etsy).

Pricing & Policy Changes - Eleventh House reserves the right to update pricing, product offerings, and policies at any time without prior notice.
